What to Expect
How We Work
At Azzolino Chiropractic Neurology & Integrative Wellness, we specialize in managing a wide range of chronic conditions. A comprehensive evaluation and innovative technology allows us to assess the function of your brain, central nervous system, and musculoskeletal system.
Taking an in-depth look at how your brain is communicating to the many systems of your body gives us a distinct understanding of which neurological pathways need our focus.
For musculoskeletal injuries allow for 1.5 hours and for neurological conditions allow for 2 hours of time at your first appointment. This meeting is devoted to investigating your health condition and includes taking your detailed history, comprehensive examination, and diagnostic testing that may be recommended such as digital x-rays, videonystagmography, RightEye testing, computerized balance testing, and cognitive testing. We do our best to accommodate treatment on your first visit. Please forward completed initial intake paperwork and reports (MRI, CT, bloodwork, etc.) to email@example.com prior to your appointment for review.
Report of Findings:
Dr. Afzal will explain important findings from the examination, a treatment strategy, how often to schedule, and what type of rehabilitation will be beneficial for your healing. This takes place at your second appointment. If you are coming from outside the Bay Area, please let our staff know so that we can schedule the Report of Findings the same day as your initial appointment and allow for additional time.
Dr. Afzal provides a comprehensive approach to your chronic condition. We will work as a team to guide you on the path to better health. Understand that your success may involve making lifestyle changes to support the rehabilitative work we do in the office. However, once you see positive changes we know you will continue on the road to recovery, making your health a priority.
I’m not from the San Francisco Bay Area
You’re not alone! Many patients –local, out of state, and international – with brain-based issues have had success scheduling treatment intensives. Patients can create changes quickly by doing rehabilitation at the office frequently in a short period of time. Call the office for more information. (415)980-5048
